Open a new size 100x100 pixels in psp.
Set your Paintbrush to size 1 these settings
Set your paintbrush to the colors
of your choice and draw from outline as below .
When done, crop your graphic, and save as,
Bring into animation shop and again save as.
And that is it, You`re done
